The Lightner Museum is a non-profit cultural institution sustained by the generous support of individuals, businesses and sponsors. If you would like to contribute to the Museum, please consider the choices below. We suggest consulting with a financial or tax advisor to help you decide which of the following options might be the best for your individual situation.

GENERAL GIVING
The Museum appreciates the great flexibility when it can apply a financial gift where it is most needed. If you designate "unrestricted" on the check memo line, your gift will provide the best support possible to the Museum.

PLANNED GIFTS
A planned gift may help you with your financial and estate-planning goals. We will be happy to discuss any of the various giving opportunities with you, but you should also consult with an attorney, Certified Public Accountant or a financial advisor.

CORPORATE AND BUSINESS GIVING
Our business friends may make a general donation, or fund a specific project or exhibit. Give us a call to discuss the possibilities.

GIFTS IN KIND - TANGIBLE PROPERTY
The mission of the Museum is to collect fine decorative arts of the 19th and 20th centuries. Special consideration is given to gifts of art and furniture. Each potential gift is carefully reviewed by the Museum's accession committee. If you have an object the museum might want, please describe the object: its size, age, condition, and history. If you can, send us a photograph. We will be happy to discuss it with you.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The Museum could not continue without it's dedicated staff of volunteers. If you would like to join them, give us a call and we can let you know how we can best use your help and what the opportunities for you are.

Please find the link below to our donation form in pdf format. Please print it out, fill it in and return it with your gift to:
